WINNERS THEN, WINNERS NOW, WINNERS IN THE FUTURE

No other words can summarize Gulf better. Gulf's credentials and heritage for the last 110 years speak for themselves.

Gulf, as a brand, has always been at the forefront of technology and service. It remains so and much of this is down to the human touch that Gulf brings with it.

Throughout its history this has shown itself in various ways, but none more so in the way in which Gulf goes about developing its business. Gulf pays attention to its customers, seeking to provide them with a widening range of products and services that are in tune with their needs. Underpinning all of its activities are Gulf's five core values: Care, Inspiration, Courage, Youth and Endurance. These epitomise the human qualities around which Gulf's ongoing strategy for success in the present and the future is based.

Gulf Fuel Service Stations have been flying high for almost a century, proudly displaying the colours of Gulf around the world and delivering the right quality product, together with the right advice. With the ever-increasing number of countries in which Gulf service station networks are already established, or are in the process of being launched, this practice is set to grow stronger yet, in the future.

Gulf has always tried to be associated with fantastic personalities like Pedro Rodriguez, Lucien Bianchi, Jacky Ickx, Derek Bell etc, along with iconic manufacturers like Ford, Porsche, McLaren, Audi and now Aston Martin and Ducati.

Aston Martin Racing and Aston Martin Lagonda Chairman, David Richards made reference to one aspect of Gulf's heritage at the announcement of the partnership. "Gulf and Aston Martin have both been intrinsically linked through Le Mans for many decades.  It was perhaps destined that, in the year Gulf celebrates the 40th anniversary of its win, we would finally race together at La Sarthe."

The recent Group event in Mumbai was promoted under the banner of, "The ultimate test of endurance". It talked about lasting the test of time and winning against all odds. This sums up the Gulf story. This year we commemorate a milestone in Gulf's history - the 40th Anniversary of Gulf's first win at Le Mans. It is however only one of many landmarks in the history of the company.

Towards the end of the now famous 'Blue and Orange' book, which chronicles Gulf's motor racing history, it was mentioned that Gulf will keep writing the headlines.

So the present and the future - with associations like that with Aston Martin Racing, where we will seek to continue Gulf's winning tradition - are the true echo of the past.
