PONTE TO HIT THE TOP FLIGHT IN 2010

Gulf Oil Argentina's long and successful sponsorship of Argentinean touring car star, Martin Ponte is set to reach a new level in 2010 as the racer heads into the country's premier race category ‘the TC Series'.

Ponte finished the season with top five finishes in two of the three final races of 2009's Copa Del Plata, which gave him a season tally of four pole positions, seven race wins and six further podium finishes. This meant that the Gulf driver finished six overall in the championship.

Gulf Oil Argentina is eagerly anticipating Ponte's entry into the top flight and Orange Disc wishes him continuing success this year.
