Gulf Denmark signs young gun, Nils Vestergaard

For the 2009 season Nordic Lube (the official Gulf lubricants distributor for Denmark), has signed a sponsorship deal with up and coming Dane, Nils K Vestergaard and his team - Racingteam Vestergaard. The 24 year old is competing in the Benelux and Danish Formula Ford series in a factory-supported Mygale chassis.

A former Karting star, Nils is the son of European Rallycross driver, Gert Vestergaard. Nils has driven well in his two years with Team Vestergaard and the challengers have become widely recognized as Denmark's leading international Formula Ford outfit. The young Dane not only has the brawn but also the brains as he is combining his racing activities with a five-year degree course in Motorsport Engineering at Oxford Brookes University (thankfully not at the same time!).
