Terms & Conditions 


Enter for a chance to win official Gulf x Trackhouse merchandise or a signed rider item. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions below before entering.

We are Gulf – a group of companies including Gulf Oil International Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “Gulf” or “Sponsor”). Our postal address is 12 Charles II Street, London, SW1Y 4QU, UK. We invite eligible entrants ("entrant(s)", "you" or "your") to participate in our Social Media Competition (the "Contest").

Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions of the Contest (these "rules"). These rules will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these rules. We may change these rules at any time, so you should check this page regularly. We recommend you print or save a copy for future reference.

Rules

  1. Participation in the Contest is open to everyone worldwide aged 18 years and above on the date of entry, except where participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law or subject to sanctions or export control regulations. Anyone professionally associated with the Sponsor or this Contest and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Individuals under 18s require a parent or legal guardian to enter on their behalf.
  2. The Contest will run from the 26th May 2026 until 4th June 2026 23:59 UTC. 
  3. Purchase is not necessary, but internet access and a social media (Instagram, X, or TikTok) account is required to enter the Contest.
  4. To enter the Contest, entrants must:
    • Comment the name of a circuit or country on the competition post on the Gulf Oil International account on either Instagram, X or TikTok
    • Follow the Gulf Oil International account on the platform to be eligible for a prize
  5. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree that all submitted items, artwork or creations become the sole property of Gulf, and Gulf retains full ownership rights, including the rights to reproduce, modify, and use the creations in any manner. By submitting an entry, entrants transfer all copyright, trademark, and related intellectual property rights to Gulf.
  6. Entrants are prohibited from reselling, reproducing, or using Gulf trademarks or any competition-related items, artwork or creations for commercial purposes without prior written approval of a license from Gulf. Gulf liveries created on cars or motorbikes can’t be driven or sold without a license from Gulf.
  7. Entrants shall have a limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use Gulf trademarks strictly for the purpose of creating their submission.
  8. One winner will be selected randomly from the comment section of the competition post on each social channel (Instagram, X, and TikTok). A total of 3 winners will be selected randomly for this Contest. We do not accept responsibility or liability for lost entries, entrants that cannot be identified, or any unsuccessful, incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries.
  9. All winners with receive the following prize bundles available for the Contest:
    • A Gulf Oil x Trackhouse bucket hat
    • A Gulf Oil x Trackhouse cap
    • A Gulf Oil x Trackhouse t shirt
  10. The Sponsor shall use its best endeavours to deliver the prize within six (6) months following the conclusion of the contest. If any prize element is unavailable Gulf reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value. 
  11. Any postal fees (international or local) will be covered by Gulf.
  12. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  13. If a winner cannot be contacted via direct message or does not claim the prize within three (3) working days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  14. We reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity and age) and to disqualify any entrants who do not comply with these rules.
  15. If any aspect of the Contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond Gulf’s reasonable control, including without limitation by reason of the Covid-19 pandemic and associated restrictions, infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or technical failures, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Contest or invalidate any affected entries, as appropriate, without any liability.
  16. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the Contest will be final 
  17. Each entrant releases Gulf and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies, from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant's participation or inability to participate in the Contest or the use of or inability to use any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the approximate retail value of the prize or the minimum allowable by law, whichever is lower.
  18. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gulf and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of Gulf’s trademarks or participation in this competition.
  19. All entries shall become the property (including the Intellectual Property) of Gulf.
  20. You agree to keep confidential any information of any nature about Gulf and its business, personnel and any of our partners that is received by you as a result of participating in the Contest.
  21. We will only use your personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest, unless we have your prior written consent. Postal addresses provided during the course of the Contest may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for delivery of the prize to the winner.   22. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platforms. By creating a social media account, you agree to the specific social media platform terms of use and privacy notice. If you do not agree to such terms of use and privacy notice, you cannot create a social media account or participate in the Contest. 
  23. These rules are the entire agreement between you and us relating to the Contest. If a rule is held to be invalid, it shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force without being invalidated in any way. We will not be considered to have waived any of our rights or remedies under these rules unless the waiver is in writing and signed by our authorised representative. 
  24. These rules are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to all disputes arising out of or in connection with these rules.
