Enter for a chance to win official Gulf x SuperFile Trackhouse limited edition poster or a signed rider item. Please ensure you read the terms and conditions below before entering.

We are Gulf – a group of companies including Gulf Oil International Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “Gulf” or “Sponsor”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Our postal address is 12 Charles II Street, London, SW1Y 4QU, United Kingdom. We invite eligible entrants (“entrant(s)”, “you” or “your”, as defined hereunder) to participate in our Your Number, Your Story Competition (the "Contest").

These terms and conditions govern the Contest (these "Rules"), and shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by these rules. We may, at our sole discretion, amend these Rules from time to time, and the version published on this page shall be the prevailing and definitive. We encourage you to review these Rules regularly.

Rules

  1. Eligible entrants: Participation in the Contest is open to everyone worldwide aged 18 years and above on the date of entry, except where participation is prohibited or restricted by any applicable laws or would result in breach of any applicable sanctions, trade restrictions, or export control regulations. Anyone professionally associated with the Sponsor or this Contest and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest.
  2. The Contest will run from the 25th August at 14:00 UTC until 16th September 2026 23:59 UTC.
  3. Purchase is not necessary to enter the Contest, but internet access is required in order to submit an entry.
  4. To enter the Contest, entrants must:
    1. Submit your entry via the form on this page: www.gulfoilltd.com/partnerships/motogp/your-number-your-story
    2. As part of the form, participants must submit their name, email, country of residence, their favourite number and the story behind their favourite number.
  5. By participating in this Contest, entrants agree to irrevocably assign to Gulf all rights, title and interest, including all copyrights, trademarks and related intellectual property rights, in and to all submitted items, artwork, story, content or other creations in connection with the Contest (the “Submission”). Gulf shall own the Submission, and may reproduce, modify, and use the Submissions in any manner without further consent or compensation.
  6. Entrants are prohibited from reselling, reproducing, or using Gulf trademarks or any competition-related items, artwork, content or creations for commercial purposes without prior written approval of a license from Gulf. Gulf liveries created on cars, motorbikes or any other vehicles cannot be used, reproduced, displayed, driven, sold or otherwise commercially exploited without Gulf’s prior written consent.
  7. Entrants shall have a limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use Gulf trademarks strictly for the sole purpose of creating their Submission.
  8. Up to 125 winners will be selected according to the quality, creativity and relevance of their Submissions, judged at Gulf’s absolute discretion. We do not accept responsibility or liability for lost entries, unidentified entrants, or any unsuccessful, incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries.
  9. The prize bundle for the 125 winners in the Contest include:
    1. A limited edition of Gulf and SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team poster signed by SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team riders.
  10. From the 125 winners, one winner will be selected according to the quality, creativity and relevance of their submissions, judged at Gulf’s absolute discretion. We do not accept responsibility or liability for lost entries, unidentified entrants, or any unsuccessful, incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries.
  11. The prize bundles available for the one winner include:
    1. One (1) signed Gulf x SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP Team leathers (retail value estimate at $3,500 USD).
  12. The Sponsor shall use its commercially reasonable endeavours to deliver the prize within six (6) months following the conclusion of the Contest. If any of the prize items is unavailable, Gulf reserves the right to substitute with alternative item(s) of equal or greater retail value.
  13. Any postal fees (international or local) will be covered by Gulf.
  14. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize may not be exchanged for any other prize, product, service or cash equivalent.
  15. If a winner cannot be contacted via email or does not claim the prize within five (5) working days of notification, Gulf reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the original winner and select a replacement winner.
  16. Gulf reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries or entrants (including an entrant's identity and age, to the extent permissible by applicable laws) and to reject, disqualify or remove any entries or entrants who Gulf considers, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, fraudulent, offensive, defamatory, obscene, infringing of third-party rights, in breach of any Rule, or otherwise inappropriate.
  17. Gulf further reserves the right to withhold, withdraw or reclaim any prize where it reasonably believes that the entrant or entries has breached these Rules, provided false or misleading information, is ineligible to participate, or where the award of the prize would be unlawful or expose Gulf and/or SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP to legal or regulatory risk.
  18. If any aspect of the Contest cannot be conducted as planned, or is disrupted, delayed or adversely affected by any circumstances beyond Gulf’s commercially reasonable control (including but not limited to pandemic, epidemic, governmental restrictions, infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other technical failures), Gulf reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, postpone, terminate or cancel the Contest or invalidate any affected entries, without any liability to any entrant.
  19. Gulf’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the Contest will be final.
  20. Each entrant releases Gulf, SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies, from any damage, loss or liability suffered as a result of or arising from the entrant's participation or inability to participate in the Contest or the use of or inability to use any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the approximate retail value of the prize or the minimum allowable by law, whichever is lower.
  21. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Gulf, SuperFile Trackhouse MotoGP and its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, and advertising and promotional agencies from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of Gulf’s trademarks or participation in this Contest.
  22. You agree to keep confidential any information of any nature about Gulf and its business, personnel and any of our partners that is received by you as a result of participating in the Contest.
  23. By entering the Contest, you acknowledge and agree that Gulf may collect, use, store and otherwise process your personal information for the purposes of administering the Contest, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting winners, delivering prizes and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Personal information may be provided to third party service providers to the extent as required for the foregoing purposes.   24. Entrants may exercise any applicable data protection rights in accordance with the Privacy Notice. However, where an entrant requests the deletion of, or withdraws permission for the processing of, personal information required for the administration of the Contest before the Contest has concluded, Gulf may be unable to continue processing the entry or award any prize.
  25. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platforms.
  26. These Rules constitute the entire agreement between you and Gulf in relation to the Contest. If any provision of these Rules is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that particular provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No failure or delay by Gulf in exercising any right or remedy shall operate as a waiver of that right or remedy, unless Gulf waives it in writing.
  27. These Rules are governed by, and constructed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with these Rules or its subject matter or formation.
