Gulf Oil International Limited And Trackhouse Motogp Team Put Motogp Fans At The Heart Of Brand-New Livery Campaign
14 Jul 2025
Gulf and Trackhouse MotoGP Team are delighted to announce the return of the iconic Gulf livery at the two remaining Southeast Asian rounds of the 2025 MotoGP season, Indonesia (3-5 October) and Malaysia (24-26 October).
A custom design was unveiled to great acclaim for the two opening races of the season, the Grands Prix of Thailand and Argentina respectively, marking the first time that the Gulf colours had inspired an entire MotoGP livery. Adorning Trackhouse MotoGP Team’s Aprilia RS-GP25 bikes, the race suits of riders Ai Ogura and Raul Fernandez and the team garage, the livery struck an immediate chord with the MotoGP community and audiences around the world.
The Gulf livery is now set for a reprise at two further races with fans at the heart of the campaign. Three brand-new designs have been created under the theme of “Bolder Together”, an expression of what unites the Gulf and Trackhouse MotoGP Team. Each of the designs represents a nascent partnership that is built on Passion, Progression, and Unity.
Fans are able to vote for their favourite Gulf livery from Tuesday 8 July (12pm BST) until Monday 28 July (9am BST). The winning livery will be unveiled during the Grand Prix of Indonesia in October, with the Trackhouse MotoGP Team taking to the Mandalika Circuit in style. The same livery will return for the Malaysian round three weeks later at the Sepang International Circuit.
Gulf is proud to showcase its brand to motorcycle communities in Southeast Asia by making bike enthusiasts and MotoGP fans central to this latest livery campaign. This is a milestone moment in Gulf’s partnership with Trackhouse MotoGP Team, with both brands dedicated to uniting fans around the world through unique collaborations and engaging content.
Mike Jones – CEO, Gulf Oil International UK Limited
“The response to our livery in Thailand and Argentina was remarkable. It created a real buzz across the global MotoGP fanbase in our first season of partnership. We had always planned to roll out another livery later in the season, but we knew we wanted fans to be involved. We are excited to see which option they select and to see the Gulf colours raced proudly again by Trackhouse MotoGP Team in Indonesia and Malaysia.”
Justin Marks - Founder & Owner – Trackhouse Entertainment Group
“When we launched the Gulf livery for the very first time, in Thailand, I felt it was a special moment, and the bikes looked beautiful. Now we will have the full Gulf colours return to the Trackhouse Aprilia bikes in Indonesia and Malaysia, in a livery chosen by our fans and I cannot wait to see which design is chosen. The partnership with Gulf has already been so much fun and this is another great step in the relationship.”
Ai Ogura – Trackhouse MotoGP Team Rider #79
“I’m really excited to have the Gulf livery back on our bikes in Indonesia and Malaysia. The full Gulf design we had on track in Thailand and Argentina already is just beautiful and I’m proud to be part of the team with Gulf. It will feel very good to ride with Gulf colours again - especially with fans voting for the livery.”
Raul Fernandez – Trackhouse MotoGP Team Rider #25
“When I saw the bike in Thailand I already said, ‘a nice bike is a fast bike’, so I’m very happy to come back to Gulf colours. This time, for Indonesia and Malaysia, all the fans can choose our livery which is a great opportunity for everyone to be part of our Trackhouse MotoGP Team and the Gulf family!”
